Who we are

Since its foundation in 1962, DOMPAL main´s goal has been to provide customers with the best possible quality for each of its products. DOMPAL has manufacturing plants in El Repilado (Jabugo, Huelva) , years of experience with main production centers in Guijuelo , the best and most appreciated locations for the production of Iberico Ham, with an outstanding environment with an extensive presence of holm, oak and cork trees providing the perfect conditions for the breeding and fattening of the Iberico Pig, which is really a unique  genetic heritage of Spain. Through our master professionals the pigs hams are slowly transformed into unique gastronomy pieces of unforgettable taste.

Regarding the Serrano Ham “Excellence” and the cured hams, Dompal has selected Segovia and San Vicente del Raspeig, where Dompal owns a manufacturing plant

Since its foundation, DOMPAL hasd been covering the gourmet needs of more than two thousand HORECA members, butchers and specialized gourmet retailers throughout Spain.
