High quality ham from 50% Iberian pigs, fed on acorn and natural pastures. More than 24 months of curing. Alimonated form, and labeled under the “New rules of Iberian ham” (R. D. 4/2014 of January 10, 2014).
The 50% Iberian ham comes from a pig whose origin comes from pure iberian (100% Iberian) pigs crossed with a Duroc breed . These pigs have been raised in freedom and fed with acorns at the last 6 months of their life.
